Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using XylaWorks (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Description of Service

XylaWorks is a career intelligence platform that provides assessment, positioning analysis, career strategy, document generation, and related services based on the 3-Dimensional Leader Framework.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Access Codes

Access codes provided by employers, institutions, or workforce programs grant you access to specific platform tiers. Access codes are non-transferable and subject to the terms of the issuing organization’s agreement with XylaWorks.

Payments and Refunds

  • All individual purchases are one-time payments (no subscriptions)
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase
  • Access code redemptions are governed by the issuing organization’s policies

Intellectual Property

The Platform, including the 3-Dimensional Leader Framework, assessment methodology, scoring algorithms, and all content, is the intellectual property of XylaWorks, Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the information you provide during assessment. By using the Platform, you grant XylaWorks a license to process your data for the purpose of delivering career intelligence services.

AI-Generated Content

Career documents, strategies, and intelligence generated by the Platform are created using AI technology governed by human oversight. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content should be reviewed and adapted to your specific circumstances. XylaWorks does not guarantee specific career outcomes.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to access other users’ data
  • Interfere with Platform operations
  • Misrepresent your identity
  • Use automated tools to access the Platform without authorization

Privacy

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Limitation of Liability

XylaWorks provides career intelligence and strategy tools. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, interview results, or career advancement. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in the State of Texas.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@xylaworks.com.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
