AI Data Practices

Your assessment data is processed by AI models to generate career intelligence. We use Azure OpenAI Service with private endpoints and enterprise-grade security. Your data is:

• Subject to human governance oversight
• Protected by content safety filters

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service providers who help us operate our platform (hosting, payment processing, email)

Institutional Reporting

When you access XylaWorks through an employer, institution, or workforce program, we provide your organization with aggregate metrics only — students assessed, positioning scores by cohort, tier progression rates. Your individual assessment data, career strategy, and documents are never shared with the organization.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@xylaworks.com.
