Redeem Your Access Code

Your employer, university, or workforce program has invested in your career development. Enter your code to unlock the paid tier they sponsored — no credit card needed.

We'll take you to a secure sign-in / sign-up page where your code is applied automatically.

How redemption works

  1. Enter your code. Codes look like XW-XXXXXXXXand were sent to you by your employer, university career office, or workforce program coordinator.
  2. Create or sign in to your account. If you're new to XylaWorks, the code is held with your session and applied as soon as you're authenticated.
  3. Your tier unlocks on sign-in. Career Echo, Career Harmony, or Career Resonance — depending on what your sponsor purchased — with no credit card required.

Don't have a code yet?

Check the email or portal communication from your sponsor — most codes are sent via email with a one-click redemption link. If you can't find your code, contact your HR team, career services office, or program coordinator.

Code not working?

Codes are case-insensitive but must include the XW- prefix. If you see "expired" or "revoked," contact your sponsor for a replacement. Already redeemed codes can only be used once per account.
